土曜日の13時に訪問。
先客はいるものの幹線道路から一本奥に入るためか、観光客的な賑わいはなく地元の方と思われる方が数名。
静かにゆっくりと広目の店内で頂けるのは客側からすると嬉しい限り。
ラーメン屋に油そばがあること自体珍しい気がするが、仮にあっても初訪で頼むことはまずない。
そんな油そばがイチオシと思われるお店なので迷わず油そば(並盛 750円)を注文。
油そばの若葉マークの私としては麺と少々の油、具材が入るとはいえ、味の違いを出すのは難しいのでは？と思ってしまう。
そんな若葉な考え方を一口で変えてくれる力がこの油そばにはあった。
提供された油そばのフォルム的には数回見たことのあるそれと変わらない。
いかにもつるっとしてそうな太麺の上にチャーシュー、ネギ、メンマ、味玉と海苔。
下に敷かれているであろう油としっかりと混ぜてから一口。
こりゃうまいぞ！
大盛りにしなかったことに一口で後悔する美味しさ。
油も美味しいのだが、何油かは分からず、、ただ油の味わい、量、麺具材と絡めたときの最適なバランスがしっかりと計算されている。
一緒に頼んだミニチャーシュー丼350円もそうなのだが、使用されているチャーシューは切れ端などではなくしっかりとしたチャーシューを大きめにカットしているので、その点もとても良い印象を与えてくれる。
伊豆へ観光に行き海鮮ものに飽きた際は是非。
