Food Focusing on pesticide-free vegetables from Nakaizu
We are particular about using organic, organic, homemade Omuro Highland vegetables from Nakaizu. Geolettuce grown hydroponically using hot spring water from the Omuro Plateau and sweet, pesticide-free tomatoes. We also purchase mainly rare and delicious vegetables such as locally produced and consumed green melon and butternut pumpkin. Enjoy with grilled vegetables or today's seasonal salad.
