宇都宮に宿泊しました
お目当ては餃子ではなくてこちらのお刺身でした
開店時間に合わせてお店に向かいました
座敷の席に案内されました
最初に目当ての2-3人前の「お刺身」(1500円)と「中瓶」(580円)と「ひやおろし鳳凰美田」(800円)を注文しました
最近はビールと日本酒を最初に注文するのが増えてきたような気がします
最初にお酒類が運ばれて来て、その後にお通しの「冷製茶碗蒸し(チャーム)」(380円)が運ばれてきました
桜エビの風味が良い感じでしたが茶碗蒸しは暖かい方が美味しく感じるように思いました
そしてメインの「お刺身」が運ばれてきました
大きな器にどっさり飾られていました
刺身の案内が無かったのは残念でしたが切り口が皆立っていて新鮮な感じを受けました
アルバイトでは無くて職人さんの手によるものでしょう
推定を含みますが左側から時計回りに、「カマス」、「かんぱち」、「鰹かつお」、「蛸たこ」、「帆立」、「サーモン」、「青鯛」、「鰆さわら」そして中央に「鮪」だったのではないでしょうか
これで1500円は良すぎるのではないでしょうか
単純計算で1種170円弱です
サーモンのような脂の乗った刺身はビールで、淡白な刺身は日本酒で頂きました
途中で「土瓶蒸し」(750円)と「芋焼酎 蔵の師魂 グラス」(500円)を追加しました
「土瓶蒸し」には形は小さいながら松茸1本が入っていました
今年初の松茸だったかもしれません
精算すると2千円のお刺身が半額になる割引券を頂きました
11月までの有効期限だけど使えるのかな~
一度計画は立てたものの未遂にな終わりました
