本日は限定のエビラーメンを食べてみた。麺は特徴的なひら太麺。スープは1口飲むとえびの香りが口いっぱいに広がる。全体的に味は濃いめに作られているが、上に乗っているゆずを口の中に入れるとさっぱりさせてくれる。
外観は和風な感じです。
石臼挽き全粉麺が売りのお店です。
待合にメニューもあるので、先に見て決めます。

たいらや宝木店の横の細い道を抜けて辿りついたけれど、ラーメン屋さんとは思えない古民家風の外観。
