おでん巡り旅、今回は宇都宮にやってきました。宇都宮は意外におでん屋さんが多く、気になるお店だけで5、6軒あるので北関東ではいちばんかもしれません。
ちなみに今回も2軒梯子する予定でしたが駅前の「でんふく」の営業時間がネットの情報と違っていて18時からだった為、入母屋さんの予約時間と思いっきり被ってしまう為、そちらは諦めて早めに入母屋さんに向かいました。
明らかに予約より30分早くなってしまいましたが、ことなく案内されて一安心。金曜ということもあって予約してないと入れなかったぽいです（秋冬のおでん屋さんは予約必須ですね(^_^;)
さて、おでんはおまかせの5点盛りをいただきます。出汁は関東特有の醤油味がきいてる馴染みのある味で（関西の出汁とは対極の味ですね）、少し醤油辛いと感じるかもですが、豊富な地酒と合わせていただくと絶妙なハーモニーを奏でます。
またこちらのおでん、一様に量が多いです。まずは大根のタワーに驚き、続いて白子の塊が6個ほど入っているおでんを食べて完全に満腹中枢が終了しました(^_^;)
こういうときは一人でいただくおでんのもどかしさを感じますね(^_^;)
それでも久しぶりに美味しいおでんをいただきました。
また来たい名店です。
