ゴルフラウンド前夜、取引先と年2回定期に行う懇親会。コロナ禍もあり二次会無しの一次会で予約訪問。
毎回人気店である事から予約が取れないが、今回は偶々キャンセルが出た為、入母屋さんから逆指名を受けたカタチとなった。
早速、生ビールをオーダーし乾杯をしてからの本日の肴をオーダー。
初めてのメニュー表に戸惑い。ザックリとお任せおでんとお任せ串焼き盛り合わせを指名。
おでんは、定番の大根から数種盛り。カラシは、人数分大皿のフチに屁ばり付いている感じ。
特に美味しかったのは、ワカメ。たかがワカメと鷹を括っていたが、実に出汁と絡み合い良い感じ。
お腹いっぱいになった。
串焼きもおでん屋らしからぬ焼き具合。また、手、口が進み更に胃が膨らみ、次のオーダーが出来ない状況に。
大満足であった。
特に店内の雰囲気は最高。店員さんも親切で居心地が凄く良かった。
宇都宮泉町界隈名店は幾つかあるが、その中でもトップクラスかも。
