I went to Utsunomiya on Sunday, the day before yesterday! I had lunch at the Sushizanmai Utsunomiya Station store. Unlike Conveyor belt sushi, it's a Sushi shop. The ingredients are also big and delicious. There was also a Negitoro warship that included Conveyor belt sushi material. The color of the tuna was good, though! The fat part of the medium toro was white. The red snapper was cut into long and thin pieces, and the egg was instant. It looks beautiful with eyes, green onions, etc. Hamachi was a little discolored in the blood part. The raw shrimp is Argentine red shrimp. The octopus was the toe. The salmon roe was delicious.
