本日も新様式の生活で感染拡大防止を意識しながら出張 in 宇都宮！
20年以上前に旅行で来て以来の宇都宮。
仕事が終わり、同僚の誘いを有り難く受けて此方にやって来た。
出張でたまに出会う、ボロいけどメチャクチャ格安な居酒屋、という雰囲気ではなくキチッと整った佇まい。
来店時に非接触性検温実施と手指のアルコール消毒を促される。
さて個室に通されまずは生ビール550円で乾杯である(^^)

刺身七点盛りは豪勢でどれも美味しかった。
エイヒレ炙りはテーブルに運ばれた後、着火され炙られるという趣向が凝らされていた。
日本酒も色々取り揃えられており、同僚K氏オススメの天鷹などをいただき、心ゆくまで楽しめた。
スタッフさんのオペレーションもキビキビして困る事は無かった。
ただ、メニュー写真とは見かけのサイズが幾分異なった料理もあって、なんだこりゃと思ったのもあった。
また惜しむらくは「餃子の町」で町興しをしている宇都宮の居酒屋でありながら、餃子メニューが海老蒸し餃子しかなかったことかな‥（ちょいとワガママ）
