Others Sashimi brought in from Toyosu every morning
It is a story from the past that there was no sea in Oyama. Every morning, the middlemen at Oyama's market auction fish and shellfish at Toyosu before dawn (now it's mostly auctions) and return to Oyama to line up the fish and shellfish. Some companies have Oyama and Omiya stores. It's the same everywhere: Omiya, Utsunomiya, Takasaki, Mito, Chiba, Tsukiji, Koyama.

Sanriku's raw Oyster farms undergo strict health center inspections to ensure that the seawater temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius and that germs are below standard values. Furthermore, it is treated with deep sea water for about 48 hours to remove toxins. A warranty card with the producer's name and expiry date (usually 3 days) is also included. There's no way you can win if you follow the rules. Please enjoy with peace of mind. We use Oyster from Hiroshima for the pot. Even if you are alive, it will hit you live. It's not a question of freshness.

Making Croquette is difficult. I want to make something delicious when I think about the time and effort it takes to make something because it's so difficult. To avoid making mistakes, I use Danshaku potatoes from Hokkaido. When the market is out of season, I buy it online. Danshaku potato seed potatoes are also sold at agricultural cooperatives in Tochigi Prefecture. Prices vary greatly depending on DNA. The taste is also different. However, it still cannot beat Hokkaido products. I don't use May Queen. I don't use potatoes from Kyushu or the south. It's just Croquette, but it's Croquette.
Food Yakitori
We use extremely fresh chicken (raw meat) from the farmers we purchase from Nippon Ham. Adult chicken is grown for 30 to 45 days less than free-range chicken. It's not a young bird. We have a variety of products, including Brazilian meat, frozen meat, and yakitori skewered in China, but for 18 years we have been particular about domestically produced meat. Although it is not the kind of yakitori that celebrity gourmets would rave about, it has received high praise from customers. We also use it in hot pots, so please give it a try.

We will be open throughout the May holidays. The 7th, 8th, and 9th will be substitute holidays. Note: This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where smoking is allowed, so children are not allowed inside.
... The presentation and dishes may be below average, but we offer fresh seafood that rivals that of a Sushi at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) prices. We offer around 80 dishes, including not only sashimi but also yakitori, fried foods, stir-fries, French fries, and a variety of mom's cooking, even though we are a small shop. We strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves in a friendly atmosphere, regardless of their likes and dislikes.
