Get drunk on fine sake and side dishes made with seasonal vegetables at "Obanzai to Sakadokoro Yuunagi"
Just a two minute walk from the east exit of Oyama Station! A relaxing, adult space that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The Obanzai dishes are painstakingly made based on the |
I came to Oyama City on a business trip. I left the hotel (Toyoko Inn) thinking of going out for a drink at night, but unfortunately it was raining outside. I had no choice but to go somewhere nearby. So I went to a very close Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) behind the hotel. I could hear the sound of a shamisen outside the store, but when I entered the store, I found it to be an Okinawan sanshin. Unlike a shamisen, a sanshin has snake skin on it. Now, the three of us went to a semi-private table seat in the back. Looking at the menu, I felt Okinawa ^ ^ Among them, the dishes I had were relatively small in Okinawan feel, lol ◆ Marinated Saba Fire 980 yen The marinated mackerel that came out was grilled right in front of me, so it was impressive! I immediately tried the slightly warm freshly grilled one, and the aroma of grilling wafted through my eyes ♪ The vinegar, which wasn't too sour, and the sweetness of the mackerel were delicious. It would have been better if it was a little less salty, but it was still delicious. ◆Eel liver skewer 330 yen per skewer I was hoping for grilled eel liver, but what came out was plain and tasteless... Even with the accompanying Japanese pepper, it had no flavor, which was disappointing. ◆Grilled conger eel sashimi 890 yen Personally, my favorite way to eat conger eel is to grill it and eat it with salt. I was lucky that they had that ♪ It was quite delicious and satisfying. ◆Seared bonito 890 yen Beautiful bonito with transparent flesh. It was delicious, almost melting in the mouth. ◆Mixed Seafood fry 980 yen Three types: shrimp, Oyster, and horse mackerel. The batter was well-adhered and delicious. Everything was delicious except for the eel liver skewer. It's very close to Toyoko Inn, so it's convenient for people who stay here. Thank you for the meal.
