至って標準的なお店かと思います。
看板料理みたいなものはない？？？
店名からして炭火で旬のものを焼く？？？
たしかに焼き鳥は売りなのかもしれませんね‼︎
そんな我々も焼き鳥はオーダー(*^ω^*)
レバーや皮など好みの部位を各々オーダーしたのであります。
生姜の肉巻きやアスパラの肉巻きも(*^ω^*)
早い所ではポテトサラダともろきゅう‼︎
しかしこのもろきゅう、きゅうりが柔らかくて・・・新鮮さを感じることができなかったのは残念でした。
ポテトサラダも価格なりの量と質かな(￣▽￣;)
さて売りの焼き物‼︎
個人的には生姜の肉巻きが良かった。
甘辛ダレの染み込んだ肉と、生姜の刺激が良いバランスでしたね(^o^)
焼き鳥・・・レバーは柔らかいふわっとした焼き上がりで好感です‼︎
軟骨もまたコリコリの好きな食感(*^▽^*)
やはり全体的には標準的居酒屋さんって感じです。
