We offer the winter staple [Oden] with the same deliciousness all year round. The soup stock, which can be said to be the lifeblood of [oden], has a light taste but a strong flavor. The soup stock gradually soaks into each of the ingredients. Above all, the daikon radish soaked in the soup stock is surprisingly soft! It instantly melts in your mouth and the soup is overflowing. We use seasonal ingredients such as soft-boiled eggs, cabbage rolls, and tomatoes. It goes without saying that it goes well with alcohol.

Enjoy delicious alcohol with delicious oden and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). We offer a wide variety of local sake related to Tochigi Prefecture, such as ``Kakefufu'' and ``Souyo,'' which are rarely seen on the market. We also have a wide selection of well-known sake from all over Japan, including dry varieties such as "Hakkaisan," "Kokuryu," and "Shimehari Tsuru." All of these sakes go well with the food, and you'll never get tired of them no matter how many times you drink them! It's reasonably priced (from 450 yen per cup), so we recommend trying out different types.
