小さなお店なので、事前の予約がオススメです。
●おまかせ握り御膳 4180円
10貫の握り寿司の御膳です。
穴子、雲丹、いくら、中トロ、平目、まぐろ、
鯛、縞鯵、牡丹海老、赤貝
中禅寺湖畔にあるお寿司屋さんとは思えないくらい、ネタが新鮮です。
都内で食べるとかなり高いと思います。
まぐろの柵を握っている時に見ましたが、惚れ惚れするくらいの高品質なまぐろでした。
日本酒は、十四代、飛露喜があり、思わず飲み比べセットを頂いてしまいました。

十四代は、限定の生しぼりでした。
いつもはもっと早い時期になくなってしまうそうですが、今年はコロナ禍でテイクアウトのみの営業をしていたそうで、残っていたそうです。
近くにリッツ・カールトンがあるので、リッツの客層を意識して極上のネタを用意しているのかと思われます。
極上なお寿司と美味しいお酒を頂け、大満足でした！
