This Ramen shop is located between Kinugawa Onsen Station and Hotel Mikazuki. The words "Crown Records Kinugawa Taro" are written in large letters above the entrance. To be honest, it was a little suspicious, but it was cold that day and I had some time before the train, so I decided to go in. The inside of the shop is very Showa-era. Taro didn't seem to be there that day. A friendly old man seemed to be running the place by himself. Taro Gyoza / Dumpling seems to be the specialty, but I wanted something hot, so I ordered Shoyu Ramen (900 yen including tax). Ramen arrived in 5 or 6 minutes. It's good, a simple soy sauce Ramen. I'm happy that it was the usual swirl. The chicken-based soup and the medium-thin, slightly curly noodles went well together. The char siu was also quite delicious. If I have the chance, I'd like to try Taro Gyoza / Dumpling next time. Thank you for the meal.
