美味いけどあっさりしすぎ、こだわりが強すぎる感じで、チャーシュー麺は3種類くらいのチャーシューだが、全部鳥で中華そばには合うが個人的には普通のチャーシューが良い

特撰中華そば(ネギ・チャーシュー・御養卵の味玉)
初訪問。
黄金のスープは白醤油を使用しているとのことであっさりながらもしっかりとした味わい。気づいたら完飲していました。
