那須塩原駅から歩ける範囲でお店探し。
徒歩15分ほどの場所にラーメン店を確認！
駅からは国道４号を渡った先に見えるゴルフ練習場
の脇道入った先に…青い壁の建物。
ちょうど昼時、待ち人一組。
10分ほどで案内され、食券を購入。
"黄金の中華そば"と"海と鶏の塩らぁめん"
それに餃子３個を注文。
まず餃子は野菜多めで好みの味。
皮もしっかりしたもっちり感を楽しめる…
美味しかった。
海と鶏の塩らぁめんは海苔の香りでほんのり甘味を
感じる塩味。ネギの食感がいい…
鶏チャーシューもいいよね。
黄金の中華そばは醤油というには出汁の旨みの甘さが勝ったスープ。いわゆる醤油の塩味が抑えられた感じが強かった。ただ麺が少し固めであったのが好みじゃなかったかな。
