人柄が素敵なシェフのいるイタリアン
美味しいと噂に聞いてましたがなかなか行けず。
ほぼ満席でしたが入れました。メニューは、コース料理しかありません。夜は一番安いのでパスタのコース2700円くらいです。せっかくなので、お肉とパスタのプリムールコース4000円にしました。本日のパスタは、ボロネーゼ、肉は和牛モモ肉のグリエとのことでした。
①小前菜
グリーンピースのポタージュ
う、うまい。。。なんだこれは?見た目も華やか。冷えた身体に染み渡ります。初めて食べる味です。
②温前菜
サーモンのミキュイ
ミキュイとは、半生のことで、サーモンを絶妙に焼いており、生の部分と焼いてるところの部分の両方を楽しめます。タルタルソースが酸味がきいて美味です。
③グラタン
レタスと生ハムのグラタンで熱々が来ました。
とんでもなく美味しい笑
もうここまできたらこのお店で出てくるものは全て美味しいんじゃないかと思うくらい。
④パン
フランスパンとオリーブオイル。カリッカリに焼かれたフランスパン。オリーブオイルをつけます。塩加減が絶妙。
⑤本日のパスタ
ボロネーゼです。細めの麺を絶妙に茹で上げております。肉がとても肉肉しく、レタスや玉ねぎなどの野菜もたくさんあります。お、おいしい。思わず、シェフに、ペペロンチーノは、できませんか?と聞く始末。言ってくれればできますとのこと。今度頼もうと思いました。
⑥肉料理
和牛もも肉のグリエ。これは普通においしい。
ステーキはどこの店にいってもそこまでの違いはなくおいしいと思える。
⑦デザート
苺のムースとコーヒーでした。
コーヒーに入れるミルクがおいしい。普通のより濃厚でした。こんな細部にまでこだわりが。
たびたびシェフが丁寧に説明にきてくれます。他のレビュアーさんが書いているようにシェフの人柄か素敵で、お話も楽しかったです。こんな近場にこんな美味しいお店があったとは!!行きつけになりそうです。

It's been a while since I last visited. We made a reservation, but it seems that we were fully booked that day. They used to have a course for 2000 yen, but now they have the cheapest course, the 4000 yen course. The 4000 yen course comes with Awa beef Steak, but no fish. The 5000 yen course comes with fish. Even at 4000 yen, I was very satisfied. 1. Cauliflower potage The flavor of the cauliflower is fully brought out and it's delicious. It's warm and easy to drink. 2. Seared spring bonito It was topped with onions, mayonnaise, and sauce. I didn't know mayonnaise went well with seared tuna. It was so delicious I was surprised. 3. Bread Wow, this bread is so good!! The saltiness of the olive oil was just right. A dish that I was satisfied with. 4. Red-legged shrimp Red-legged shrimp wrapped in shiso leaves, wrapped in something like Crepes and fried. This was also delicious. The chili sauce went well with it. I forgot to take a picture. ⑤ Pasta: Bacon and broccoli peperoncino. It was so delicious that I could not help but laugh. The firmness of the noodles, the flavor of the garlic and the olive oil were exquisite! ⑥ The Awa beef Steak was so tender! And the sauce was also delicious! The accompanying shiitake mushrooms and potatoes were also delicious. ⑦ Dessert, coffee: Strawberry mousse. Even the dessert was delicious. I was impressed. This is definitely a recommended Italian Cuisine.
