We were surrounded by hospitality... The party began in an atmosphere that made us feel like we had traveled back in time. It's been 10 years since I came here. We arrived 20 minutes before the 6 o'clock start, and everyone was in the same uniform. I didn't get any alcohol today because I was located a little outside of the city, but by the time I left, I was moved by the hospitality of the host and was filled with gratitude. The kaiseki course includes appetizers, fatty yuba, nanbanzuke, simmered persimmon with white dressing, Iya soba rice Simmered dish, mukozuke, sea bream, tuna, kanpachi, grilled sea bream and turnip furofuki, millet wheat, tamamiso, white hair green onion, grilled mackerel and shrimp, soy milk. The soba rice soup had a smooth soup stock and an elegant taste. It was my first time to eat grilled Hanabiratake mushrooms, and although they looked like agarisk, they had a nice texture. The vinegared food wasn't too sweet, and the Yuzuki jelly was refreshing, which I really liked. Although it was an extension of my work, I could feel the care and desire of the other party to make them happy, and seeing the lady's gentle smile made me feel so happy. The customer service is pleasant, and the food isn't just delicious, it's important to be considerate, including the hardware. The party ended with such a feeling of happiness.
