午後3時頃、早い時間から飲めそうな店を探しながら歩き回っていたら見つけました。外にメニューも表示されているし、安心できます。
中に入ると真ん中のカウンター席を促されまして着席します。既に出来上がっているグループが奥のテーブル席で賑やかに語らっております。いい感じ。
とりあえずビンビールの大瓶を注文し、かつおのタタキをお願いすると、今日のタタキは冷凍だから、かつおなら刺身がいいよ、と給仕のお母さんにアドバイスをいただき、刺身にしました。身が厚く新鮮で美味しい。
徳島の地酒に切り替えて飲み続けていると、箱切りというウニを発見！1,300円と異常に安いけどこれが旨い。日本酒も地酒3種類目に突入しました。
その後、やきとりを挟んで焼酎のお湯割りに切り替えましたが、これが1合あって、お湯はヤカンで供されました。普通の店の倍はありますね。
その後、いなりギョーザという謎のメニューを見つけ、先程のお母さんに尋ねると、油揚げで包んだ餃子だと言う。他では食べられそうにないので即オーダー！外はカリッとしていて中はジューシーで美味しかった。
徳島に来たらまた立ち寄りたい店です。帰り際に吉田類さんの写真を見つけました。良い酒場には大抵、太田さんか類さんが来ていますね。笑い。
