偶具瑠先生に聞いたら徳島は焼き鳥が名物だそうなので、庶民的焼き鳥屋に飛び入りした。
席に座るないなや、まさかのラストオーダー5分前‥

一期一会の精神で、焼き鳥と刺身をお願いした。
ここの焼き鳥はリーズナブルでビールに合うと感じた。
周りのお客さんも一様に焼き鳥の注文コールをしていた。
最後は珍しい「うつぼ唐揚げ」を頼むという脈絡のない注文でフィニッシュ。
うつぼと言えば熊本の天草を思い出すが、ここもうつぼ食べる文化が根付いている地域なのか？
