There seems to be a complete division of labor, with a young lady grilling, a young lady preparing oden and Side Dishes, and a young lady preparing fresh fish. It's nice to drink at the counter, watching the delicious presentation and the chefs preparing the oden. It feels like it's 20% tastier than usual. On the floor, young men wearing yellow happi coats are working energetically. The oden is light in color, the eggs are well-cooked, and the yolk is cooked through, giving it an old-fashioned, nostalgic taste. We had steamed Oyster with ponzu sauce. The plump meat melted in our mouths when it was hot. For yakitori, we had three skewers of meatballs and three skewers of chicken thighs. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) thighs are small but firm and flavorful. It's been a while since I've had chicken thighs, but they were very flavorful. Today's three-piece sashimi platter was the best. The yellowtail was so thick, I couldn't finish it in one bite. It was fatty and incredibly delicious, and we added a generous amount of wasabi. The tuna was already medium fatty. The squid was also plump and delicious sashimi. Everything was delicious, and the portions for each dish were large and the prices reasonable, but it was an impressive restaurant to see regulars coming in one after another, everyone ordering two or three dishes and eating and drinking heartily with gusto.
