徳島での晩御飯は何方も予約してない。候補一軒目（居酒屋と言う名の酒場）にTEL、が残念ながらカウンターも予約で満席。で二軒目候補のコチラがOKだった。
五時開店「こんにちは先ほど電話した者です」
「どおぞ此方へ」
カウンター席の真ん中へ通される
先ずは生ビール、日本酒の品揃えを眺めつつアテを想う
「今の時期瀬戸内物は何が美味いかな？」
「旬の美味い処をチョッとづつ盛りましょうか」

目の前の厨房は広く三人の男性調理人と女性スタッフ、ホールは酒に詳しい男性スタッフと女性スタッフ二人、そしてチーフらしき男性の大所帯。集客数から考えてもこれくらいは必要なのだろう。私の好きな居酒屋とは少し違ってしまった（苦笑）
驚く事に厨房の女性スタッフ（推定アラフォー）が凄いマスク美人、ついつい目で追ってしまった。
