阿波踊りの日
仕事終わりの食事場所を探していましたが、外は台風が近づいていて嵐
数店、満席で断られた後、こちらのお店を見つけました。
運良く、1組だけ席が空いていて入店
「どまん中」と言うお店の名前から、居酒屋なのかと入店しますが、まずフロントで対応された黒服の対応は高級ホテルレベルの接客！
調べてみると、ホテルグランドパレス系列の和風ダイニングでした。
乾杯は

お料理は阿波の海の幸を頂こうと

新鮮で透き通るイカ。プリプリして美味しかった
✨焼きとうもろこし
徳島のコーン カリッと焼かれていて甘くて美味しい
✨阿波尾鷄のもも焼き 1800円
皮の部分はカリカリ 中はしっとりと焼かれていました。噛めば旨みが出てくる阿波尾鷄でした
✨阿波尾鷄スープの塩ラーメン 800円
しめのラーメンも一流でした。優しい味わいの塩ラーメンでした。
オープンカウンターでお料理を作っている姿も見せてくれます。どのお料理も素材、焼き加減など抜群なのに、コスパも良かったです。
しかし何より接客が素晴らしく、客層も良いお店で、心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。
