We have created a Japanese-style izakaya where you can drop in on your way home from work or shopping, and where you can take out our specialty gyoza. We at Hirai Cuisine System operate various restaurants in the Setouchi region, centered around Takamatsu. The common commitment of all our restaurants is to use "local Shikoku ingredients" as much as possible. We purchase ingredients from producers we know through our unique cycle of "locally produced, recycled" that is closely connected with local livestock breeders and farmers in Shikoku.
