徳島市内に数店舗展開するご当地居酒屋。
と思いきや、資本系の雰囲気を感じたので調べると、高松発祥で瀬戸内圏に色々な飲食業態を展開しているようです。
同店は徳島駅前の好立地。
四国の名物料理を幅広く提供している感じで、特に観光客には分かりやすコンセプトですね。
名物ぽい料理を中心に数品いただきます。
アルコールはサントリー中心でかなりのバックアップがありそう。
●｢徳島餃子｣
初めて聞きました。同店のオリジナルで、徳島産のレンコンやしいたけ、柚子胡椒使用とのこと。味は極々普通で正直、よく分からず。。。
●｢骨付鶏(ひな)｣
骨付き鶏は香川県丸亀名物ですが、徳島でも｢阿波尾鶏」が人気ですね。ただ、同店のは阿波尾鶏ではないですね。でも、味付けは好み。
他には、徳島名物の｢フィッシュカツ｣や｢鳴門金時芋の天ぷら｣も。
全体的には、全てに特別感はないですが、便利な駅前立地で幅広く四国名物品をいただけるのは、特に観光客にはありがたいですね。
