徳島出張の夜、1人でどこにしようかと検討していると、こちらに目が止まる。
あ、徳島にも骨付き鶏があるのか〜、と入店。
香川の骨付き鶏では親鶏が好みなので、こちらでも「おや」をオーダー。

骨付き鶏は運ばれて来た瞬間、「小さっ」て印象。
味は悪くないが「ひな」にしておいた方が無難だったかな。
カツオたたきに「塩」があるのは嬉しい。
高知で塩&ニンニクスライスでたべてから、カツオのたたきはポン酢ではなくこの食べ方が一番美味しいと思って自宅でも実践している。
駅前で比較的遅くまでやっているので「せっかく徳島まで来たから全国チェーンの店はちょっと」という時に便利な店かな〜。
