徳島の夜を楽しむべく、前日の電話で奇跡的に予約できました。
宿の予約も困難だったし、何かイベントでもあったのかは不明なり。
１９時の予約でお邪魔すると店内はすでに満席。
食事中もアポなし客が続々と暖簾を開けては帰っていました。
人気店です。
利き酒セット900円を獺祭、芳水、三芳菊で。
この中では、やはり獺祭が好みかな。
しかし、日本酒の価格設定は強気の一言です。大体８５０円からが多かった印象。
奥さんは生ビールにスダチサワー、自分は鳴門鯛の純米吟醸を頂きました。
刺身盛り合わせ、クリームチーズの味噌漬け、炙り牛スジ
揚げ出し豆腐、キャベツのおひたし、阿波尾鶏モモ肉の塩焼き
蕎麦米雑炊などなど。
全体の印象として料理に関しては良心的な価格設定で、素材を生かした素晴らしい酒のアテが楽しめました。
調理は店主一人が中心で行われているようで、提供に時間を要するのは仕方ないところ。
早めに提供できる料理を先に注文するべきでした。(^_^;)
