八百屋町の交差点に近い立地で、店内は
厨房沿いのカウンターが6席にテーブル席と
座敷が2卓ずつとこじんまりとしています。
メニューはそれほど多くはありませんが、
魚介類よりも阿波尾鶏・阿波牛などの
陸の徳島名物を使った料理が多く感じます。
生麩照り焼きはお餅のようにねっとりとし、
醬油の塩味が効いています。鳴門金時の
チーズグラタンは甘いお芋とチーズの塩味や
アーモンドスライスの香ばしさが合います。
平日でしたがお客さんが次々とやってきて
繁盛しており、提供に少し時間がかかります。
