きょうは、徳島市の飲み屋街鷹匠町
の居酒屋さん「五臓六腑ばく」でいただきました。
店内は6席くらいのカウンター席、その後ろにテーブル席
と奥には小上がりのお座敷があるようです。
きょうは2軒目につき、日本酒から。
日本酒も常に10種類以上あります。
きょうは、カウンター席でアオリイカのお造りからいただきました。
素材は新鮮で丁寧に料理されてるのがわかりますね。
その上、器にもこだわりが見てとれ、満足にいただきました。
