徳島駅前にある肉料理をメインとしたビストロです。駅から歩いてすぐにある小洒落たお店のため何となく記憶に残っているいる人も多いのではないでしょうか。
いつも混んでいる印象があったため今回はコースを予約した上で訪問しました。19時頃に入るもほぼ満席だったので確実に入るなら予約をしておいた方がよさそうです。
ハムの前菜、サラダ、肉とキノコのアヒージョ、カツ、サーロインステーキとサラダ以外は基本的に肉です。これは肉好きにはたまらないはず。味付けがしっかりしているためお酒も進みます。少し終盤の方になるとお腹が肉の脂に負けそうになるので気合いを入れていきましょう。
メニューを見ると阿波牛や鹿など徳島産の肉は当然として、その他食材にも徳島関連のものがあるため旅行で来た人も楽しめると思います。和食以外で徳島を味わい時におすすめです。
