A 10-minute walk from JR Tokushima Station, Ponzu is a hidden Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy local chicken, Kawachi duck, wine, and sake.
We have changed the name of our restaurant from "BISTO Ro JUU" to "Ponzu". We source local chicken and Kawachi duck from outside the prefecture and cut them into large pieces, so they are very filling
.... Kawachi duck is raised with great care from breeding to selling, and is a brand of duck that is known only to those in the know. We also use Kumano local chicken from Mie and Omi local chicken from Shiga. We also have wine and sake that go well with the food, so we are sure that even foodies and wine connoisseurs will be satisfied.
