A 10-minute walk from JR Tokushima Station, Ponzu is a hidden Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy local chicken, Kawachi duck, wine, and sake.
We have changed the name of our restaurant from "BISTO Ro JUU" to "Ponzu". We source local chicken and Kawachi duck from outside the prefecture and cut them into large pieces, so they are very filling |

新しいお店で 大きな窓から中のぽわっとした雰囲気が良さげです

冬の瓶ビールは乾いた喉に美味い
お通しは手羽中と厚揚げと結び蒟蒻の炊いたの
ホロホロの手羽中に細葱と柚の香りが良く美味しくてワクワクしてきました
はつ・せせり・肝・ずりを塩で注文
1種類ずつアツアツを小皿で出してくれます
ほんのり塩風味で炭の香りがしてどれも美味しいです

ポテサラは居酒屋然とした無骨な感じ
一方でレバーパテは滑やかなレバーペーストと甘いフィグのパンで女子好きそう
レバーのタレ・せせり・ぼんじりを注文
せせりがグリグリした肉感とジューシーな脂が美味しく追加しました
脂の強いぼんじりが最後に出してくださったのが良かった
赤星×3と二階堂ロック×4で1万円強でした
あまり沢山は食べなかったけど満足でした
昼は れもん・ゆず 夜は ぽんずと個人的に柑橘づいてた一日でした
