遅い時間からの晩ごはんでした。マスターは元気そうなお兄さん。
食べ物は地物をメインにオーダーしました。
刺身はシマアジ、フエダイ、鰆を盛り合わせに。
出てくる前にバーナーの音と鰆の皮目が焦げる匂いがしたので、ちょっと期待しました。(鰆は2度釣り上げましたが、個人的には炙りがベストだと思います）フエダイの甘みが良かったですー
天ぷらは季節ということで鱧とキス。素材感も残しつつ美味しく揚がっておりました。
わかめ酢は三杯酢が疲れた身体に染み込みます。
日本一美味しいらしい豆腐はきめ細かく買って帰りたいぐらいだし、フィッシュカツもお酒が良く合います。
奥様は半田そうめんのカルボラーナとあっしは小林ゴールドエッグの卵かけごはん。
出てくる食べたものははずさないし、それ以上にワンオペの手際の良さと華麗に接客をこなす姿は、学生時代にすごいなと感心したトリドール粟田さんのワンオペを彷彿と致します。
もう少し食べたかったですが、というか予約を優先して対応頂けるので、売り上げをつけなきゃと思うぐらいでしたが、次の日早いので泣く泣く退店。
ここは当たりでした。また季節を変えてお邪魔したいです。
