初訪
日曜のイベント観戦を兼ねて前日入り。
1ケ月位前に「徳島市」「ランチ」で検索しますと、イキナリのラーメンでTop10に4軒も入ってます...ヤル気を無くして放置してましたら、合流する東京のオジサン同僚が、此方の店舗を見つけてきました。面白い屋号なので料理等の中身は確認しないで5日前にWEB予約。
徳島駅から南西へ徒歩7-8分の立地。近くには「阿波踊り会館」+ 徳島市内が一望出来る「眉山ロープウェイ」もございます。
入店1130、先客1組2名様。開店と同時に「満席」の案内が...予約で一杯のようです。
店内、コジンマリしたビストロ風。カウンター：4席、テーブル：4席x2 + 2席x2 の計16席。美男美女のご夫婦2名体制。
ランチメニューは、 * 税別
単品：800円〜
コース：2200円（メイン1品）、3300円（同2品）
とリーズナブルなお値段設定。
夜に懐石を入れているので、2200円の方で...
ご登場したお料理は、
① アミューズ：蛸のアヒージョ
② スープ：南瓜温製
③ オードブル：ツバス（ブリの幼魚）のマリネ、柿ソース掛け
④ メイン：鯛のポワレ、唐墨掛け、季節の野菜グリル
⑤ デザート：栗のアイスと白玉団子
お料理に目を見張るモノは無いですが、ハズレも無しでした。メインのソースのに、お味噌をご使用になられてる点が面白かったです。
「カルフォルニア割烹」となっていただけに、西海岸を思わせる爽やかなお料理を期待しましたが、
・カルフォルニア：シェフが西海岸で修行をされた
・割烹：箸で頂く
という事でしょう。お料理としてはCPの高さが光る「ビストロ」かと...
お会計はグラスで泡+白頂いて、込3960円です。
退店1315、残3組7名様。お客様の半分が常連さんのようでした。
