I looked it up on Tabelog and went to this restaurant that was highly rated. First of all, the wakame shabu shabu is delicious! Enjoy extra thick and crunchy seaweed with ponzu sauce. Healthy, delicious, and goes well with alcohol. When I asked the staff about Gottsu Oke Mori (sashimi platter), I was told that you can order it for just one person, and it comes with two slices each. Each piece of sashimi was high quality and delicious! In particular, the amberjack and sea bream were sweet, fatty and delicious. The Grilled skewer chicken also has a crunchy texture that deepens in flavor the more you bite into it. Other items such as fried oysters, dried oysters, smoked fish and cream cheese, etc. are basically a hit no matter what you eat. The Iburigakko and cream cheese is not the usual way of putting your own cream cheese on it, but the cream cheese is sandwiched between the sliced Iburigakko, which is wonderful. From a highball perspective, there is a great lineup with Chita and Hakushu options as well. I will definitely go again.
