ネットで色々検索しながら電話してなんとか訪問できました。
カウンターで一人飲み。
飲み放題がかなりお得感がありましたが、せっかくなので単品で全て注文
どしても食べたかったカツオのたたきをまずはいただき
地元の日本酒冷とともに美味しくいただきました。
付け出しのわかめも地元ならではで良いと思いました。
お店の方におすすめを聞いたところフィッシュカツとのことで注文
こちらはビールと合います。
『種鶏串焼き（1本）』を注文しました。
450日以上飼育された、雌の種鶏のみにこだわってるそうです。
モモ肉と希少部位ふりそでの串焼きです。
味付けはシンプルに塩のみですが、肉の旨味がわかります。
歯ごたえとジュワッと広がる肉汁がたまりません。
紀伊水道の魚介類を中心に、桶いっぱいに盛り付けられた刺身
『ごっつ桶盛り』を頼みたかったのですが、2人前からなので次回は是非
