先ずは生ビールと柚子サワーで乾杯！
鳴門の平アジの造りは、姿造りで見た目も良い、しゃぶしゃぶの鍋にも投入してみました。
鳴門の紋甲イカも歯応えのあるイカです。
あん肝ポン酢は冷める前の感じで、甘味も良く燗酒に合いますよね。
この時期はブリしゃぶ！
ホロリと柔らかな身が、口の中で溶けるようで美味しいですね。
日本酒は八海山を注文しましたが量が少ないので、久保田千寿に変更します。
徳利は大か小です。小を注文します。小は8勺だそうです。
徳利が2本きます！八海山が少し残っていたので、サービスしてくれました^ ^
交通の便が良い駅近くで、使い勝手がいいお店が見つかりました。
