カルダモン【Pen365日カレー天国の課題は今も続き、ここに辿り着きました】2024カレー056店077食目
2024/3/20, 2017年以来カレー3878食
■マサラカレー 1000円
2017年8月15日に刊行されたPen No.434に"365日カレー天国"という特集がありました。当時私はその365カレー全てを食べると宣言して活動開始しました。北海道も鹿児島県も走り回ってカレーを食べて、掲載されたレシピは全て作って、目標に邁進したのですが2年くらいで行き詰まりました。残り15店ほどで、5〜6店は閉店し、特にダムカレーは生涯行けるかわからないような立地にあるものが数店。やはり何の用事もなしに行ける場所はなかなかなくて、四国もそうだったのです。
でも、今回機会を得て四国に飛んだので、行程のなかで何が何でもカルダモンを訪れたかったのです。2024年３月20日、ついにここに来ました。
メニューの一番上にあるマサラカレーを選びます。皿の風貌も素敵です。でも、食べればなお素敵で、博物館にスパイスカレーのお手本として飾りたいくらいに、エッジの効いた心地よいスパイス感のかるチキンカレーなのでした。
来てよかった。
