鳴門には、海鮮料理の名店が多い。だが、どこも長蛇の行列必至。本日は夕方の1700から並んで1830に入店。駐車場で車の中で仮眠して待った。ラッキーな方であろう。メニューは魚種、料理法、さまざまだが、桜鯛のコースと、ヒラメの刺身セットを注文。追加で、おこぜの唐揚げまでオーダーした。贅沢三昧だ。おこぜ、ヒラメ、桜鯛はもちろん美味い。加えて、桜鯛の炊き込みご飯や、あら汁が絶妙！。イヤー待ってて良かった、美味かった。
