淡路から鳴門に渡り、海沿いにあるびんび家さんにお伺いしました。到着時待ち列がありましたが、席数が広く割と回転も早いので5分ほどで入れました。
刺盛定食を注文。
いろんな種類のお魚が入った刺盛り、ごはん、大きなわかめのお味噌汁をいただきました。
写真にすると刺盛りは華奢に見えるのですが、たくさん種類が入っていてかなり食べ応えがあります。おそらく平らなお皿に入っているからかと...ある程度の都会だと盛るために舟とかに乗せて多く見せると思いますが...
特に美味しかったのは、やはり鯛とはまちでした。そしてわかめもシャキシャキしていてとてもおいしかったです。
近くにあれば煮付けとか他のものも食べにきたい...
