海鮮が中心でお寿司も豊富です。訪問した日はマグロの解体ショーもありました。海鮮だけでなくステーキ、天ぷらのように基本的なメニューは網羅されています。
四国らしくうどんとそうめんをセルフで温めるコーナーも。出汁は鰹だけでなくイリコのものも用意され、さらにはカレー出汁までありました。
感染所対策も取り組まれており、色々な食材を安心して心ゆくまで味わえます。このホテルでは一番のお薦めのように思います。
