鹿肉丼をいただきました。
鹿の独特なお味がたいへん美味しゅうございました。
鳥豚牛に飽きたときはこれですよ。獣の臭さとか嫌な部分はありませんでしたからなおさら良いです。
こちらは鮎料理もありますので、鮎の時期にまた来たいですね。
