I held a small year-end party at Otora Honjin, which is famous for eating fresh fish in Anan, with four good friends from my company. It looks like it was recently renovated and the interior is very clean. The store staff is energetic and the store is very prosperous. Isn't this the only shop around here that wins? First of all, when I entered the store, I saw the aquarium and saw a lot of turban shells and kawaha swimming inside, which really got me excited! ︎ There are many tatami rooms and you can relax on the sunken kotatsu. On this day, I decided to focus on fish because I thought I could eat some delicious fish! ︎ We had sashimi of umazura, rockfish, shabu shabu shell, and shabu-shabu (excellent). The fish are scooped out from the tank at the entrance by the owner. Therefore, the fish is fresh and the freshly cut sashimi is still twitching! ︎ The price is generally reasonable, starting at 1,300 yen for one horse. The price is unbelievable at a store in the city! ︎ The biggest hit of the day was the shabu shabu of the gure, and the four of us were shabu shabu the moment they put the gure in their mouths after a light shabu-shabu! ︎ I want to eat this again!! ︎ The other menu items were also extensive, and the spicy sausage, irikasu, and tonpeiyaki were also delicious. It's difficult to find a good restaurant in Anan, but I definitely recommend Daitora Honjin.
