連れからこのお店良いよって聞き、初入店です。
冷たいそばを食べようと思ってましたけど、メニューを見て、鴨ざる蕎麦と、えび天蕎麦を注文しました。
オーダーが通ってから、まずは白ネギを炙ります。続いて鴨を焼きます。
えびの天ぷらも同時に揚げ始めます。
丁寧に丁寧にお仕事されてます。
鴨ざる蕎麦は、少し甘めの出汁に、香ばしい鴨とネギが入っていて、とても風味が豊かです。そばとの相性も抜群です。
めちゃめちゃ気に入りました！
えび天蕎麦は、カツオの風味をよく感じる出汁で、大ぶりでプリプリのえびを三尾も入れてくれてます。
途中で、七味唐辛子を入れても抜群にうまい！
夜は別のメニューもやってるようなので、飲みに来たいと思います。
