This is definitely No.1
Speaking of sushi, this place is definitely the best. I've been here more than 10 times, and it's always delicious. Unlike usual, this time I started with red meat. I've heard that it's hard to get good red meat these days, but I thought this red meat was great. After that, I had the same combination as usual.
The best sushi in Japan
It goes without saying that this is a restaurant run by Jiro Ono, the oldest Michelin three-star chef. It is well-known that President Obama, who was still in office at the time, came here with Prime Minister Abe because he wanted to eat there. The sushi rice is lukewarm and the toppings are excellent. I'm a little concerned that Jiro, who used to come here every day, has been taking a lot of days off recently.

二郎さんに今日も会えなかったのは残念ですが、今日のお鮨も素晴らしいと思いました。こちら出身の弟子達が次々とミシュランに輝くのは当然かもしれません。僅か30分という時間の中にとてもつない満足度が得られる事にいつも感謝しています。
