自分が評価するなんておこがましい。
あくまで個人の感想として、
なんとまぁシャリが口の中でほどけること。
そして、赤身までも溶けるのか。
旨み十分な海苔が圧倒的な雲丹を更に引き立てる。
その後のホタテが逆に海苔の旨さを引き立てる！
あー、思考が崩壊する。
また、教育の行き届いた凛とした空間がここちよい。
ただ、感謝です。
