At a famous Sushi restaurant in Ginza, we enjoyed Sushi made by a 98-year-old master chef. His dexterity, which is a blend of tradition and innovation, was truly miraculous, and the 30 minutes passed in the blink of an eye as each piece of Sushi was served one after the other. Top-quality ingredients such as lean meat, medium fatty tuna, and otoro serpentine were used, and the vivid flavor of the lean meat in particular was impressive. In addition, the unique flavors of the straw-grilled bonito and simmered clams were exquisite. We finished off the meal with melon, enjoying an extraordinary luxury. We were also able to take a commemorative photo with Jiro-san, making it an unforgettable dining experience.
