お店に11時30分頃に到着したら、沢山の行列が出来ていて最低でも１時間を待つことになるだろうと覚悟していた。並んでいる間も何を食べるかと考えていました。１時間ちょっとだけ経ったら席に案内されました。席に着くなり、ある職人さんから注文聞かれ特選握りと言いました。味噌汁が先に置かれて職人さんから特選握りを渡してくれました。
味噌汁を飲んでみたら、自分的に出汁が薄めに作れているものだと想い、握りは、平均的な味と感じました。ごちそうさまでした。
