2023/1/27 ホテルMontereyラスール銀座の前で待ち合わせ。待ち人、予定に来ない。電話が鳴る。何処に居るの？えっ、ホテルの前から寒いので中に入りフロントの前にいるよ、とそしたら居ない、という話。
つまりホテルMontereyにいるらしい。。。
間もなく合流、問題無し（笑）
着席してメニューは既に決まっているので、オプションをどうするかだけだった。全て変更なしで行きます。
ドリンクは？とsparkling wineを貰う。
あとは写真の如く順番に。
前菜がボリューミーでメインかと思える（笑）
パスタはリングイネが好きなパスタ。鰹のスモークと合わせるなんて、斬新かなぁと勝手に思う。
pesceは鱈のサルタート、ホタテ風味のモルネソースと手の込んだソースですね。鰹に鱈と魚魚。。。
レフオールとタラゴンのクルート焼きは普通に美味しい。
パンもお替わりしたら丸パンから、角パンが出て来た。
dolceは私はブリュレ大好きなので。美味ーーーい。
いつもは頼まないカフェラテでお終いにしました。
ワインは赤だけをグラスで。ジンファンデル好きな味。イタリアンレストランならプリミティーヴォかと。。
ホテルのレストランワインは絶対ハズレないから。
そこだけは間違い無し。美味しいから許してしまう。
