それゆえ、小肌2貫と肌巻き、しめ鯖といったシメモノ軸にお好みで食べ進める
あいかわらず旨い… 空気をたっぷり含んだシャリは鮨名人にしかできないだろう
よく「昭和の鮨屋」と散見される凡庸なレビュー、昭和も平成もない、職人の命や魂を感じることができるかどうかだ
マグロは赤身のみ雲丹はなし、アルコールなしの鮨のみ10貫ほどで1.7万
